1. Decide what stays and what goes
Walk through the space before we arrive and decide which items you want to keep. If anything is staying, mark it with tape or move it to one side so there's no confusion on haul day.
2. Group items together if you can
You don't have to move anything. We do all the lifting. But if things are already in one area, like the garage or side yard, it's easier to see the full size of the job.
3. Mention anything heavy or unusual
Let us know about appliances, pianos, hot tubs, large amounts of dirt or concrete, or anything in a tight spot like an attic or upstairs room. That helps us bring the right crew and equipment.
4. Think about access
- Is there a gate code or lock we'll need?
- Where can we park the truck and trailer?
- Are there stairs or narrow hallways?
